At Fantasma Magic, we want you to be completely spellbound by your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
